1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including knife sharpening, repairs and restorations, and custom knife making. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

2. Services

Mirror Blade offers the following services:

  • Knife Sharpening

  • Knife Repairs and Restorations

  • Custom Knife Making

3. Appointments and Bookings
  • To book our services, you can visit our website, call, or email us.

  • Appointments are required for all services. We strive to accommodate all scheduling requests but cannot guarantee availability.

4. Pricing and Payment
  • Prices for our services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, PayPal, and credit/debit cards.

  • For custom knife making, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

5. Gift Vouchers
  • Gift vouchers are valid for the sharpening of up to 5 knives unless otherwise specified.

  • Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Vouchers must be presented at the time of service and are subject to an expiry date as noted on the voucher.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Deposits for custom knife making are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

7. Liability
  • While we take utmost care in handling your knives, Mirror Blade Wandsworth is not responsible for pre-existing defects or damage such as loose handles or cracks that may worsen during the sharpening process.

  • Clients must ensure their knives and tools are securely packaged when sending them for service. We are not responsible for damage incurred during transit due to inadequate packaging.

  • Knives and tools will be extremely sharp after service. We package them safely, but clients must take care when unpacking and using them. We are not liable for any injuries or damages post-service.

8. Privacy
  • We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and disclose your information.

9. Changes to Terms
  • Mirror Blade Wandsworth reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
